What if the car owner is late or doesn't show up at the start of the rental?
The car owner of the vehicle should handle the keys and the vehicle to the renter at the time stated on the rental agreement, although they have a period of grace of 1 hour.
In case the car owner exceeds the period of grace on the delivery of the vehicle, Rent A Car Club will refund the total price of the rental to the renter, although won't be held responsible for any other harm or loss incurred. This is what our policies specify.
