When my card will be charged?
When you place a booking on Rent A Car Club and enter your payment details the amount will be charged after the car owner has approved your rental (unless it is an instant booking then it is charged right away and your booking is approved). We only accept credit cards (we do not accept prepayment cards, debit cards or cash).
If you cancel a booking after paying for it and after it was validated by Rent A Car Club, the amount may take 5 to 10 days to be refunded.
Please be aware that cancellation fees may apply and the refund may be partial in this case, please see our terms and conditions for a full list of charges.
