What happens if there is a puncture on the tyre during the rental?
In the event of a puncture, the tyres are the responsibility of the Renter.
If the vehicle has no spare wheel or device for repairing a puncture or the Renter cannot drive the vehicle to the nearest garage, the car Owner is then fully liable for the breakdown service costs for the Vehicle.
If the car Owner has to change two tyres after a puncture, the Renter shall pay the replacement of one tyre and 50% of the cost of the second tyre.
If the puncture is caused because the tyres were in very poor condition or wear and tear of the tyres, the car owner is liable for all charges.
