How to cancel a booking as a car owner?
As the car owner you can only reject a booking, if you have accepted a booking and want to cancel it for some reason you will need to contact Rent a Car Club to assist you in cancelling the approved booking.
When a booking is cancelled it really affects the renter's experience as their card is charged when you approve a booking. For this reason, if you cancel more than 2 times your car will be removed from our platform.
