Who does the check-in and check-out of the car?
There are different procedures for checking in and checking out, both for Owner and Drivers.
At the check in:
Owners must check the original Driver's license (not a copy nor a declaration of loss or theft). We also recommend taking a picture of the Driver's license.
Drivers must check the car and take note of all the pre-existing damages on the rental agreement. Before starting the rental each Driver must check if the following parts work: windows, windscreen wiper, stop lights, reversing, tires, headlights, door handles.
At the checkout:
Owners must check the integrity of the car and run a quick check on the following parts: windows, windscreen wiper, stop lights, reversing, tires, headlights, door handles.
