How do I pay for a rental?

The payment for a rental has to be done through Rent A Car Club's platform and with a credit card in the name of the renter.

If the card is not in the name of the renter, Rent A Car Club will request the following documents to verify that the renter has the authorisation of the cardholder to use it:

Copy of the cardholders (passport, ID card or driving licence)
Authorisation form completed by both renter and cardholder to demonstrate the agreement to Rent A Car Club sent via email.
A picture from the front of the credit/debit card

Please note, we do not accept debit cards, prepaid cards or cash as valid payment methods.
