Car Owner Help

Who has to pay for the fuel?

The price of the rental does not include fuel consumption, and our policy is that the renter should refill as much as they used*. Usually it is easier to check the gauge with a full tank. It is possible for Owners and Renters to agree on a price in case the refill wasn't done.

*Car owner and renter should indicate the initial fuel level on the rental agreement when doing the check-in procedure. Fuel level should be the same on the check-out. If the renter doesn't return the car with the initial fuel level, car owner and renter should agree on a fair value that the renter has to pay for the fuel missing. In case an agreement can't be reached, the car owner should contact Rent A Car Club to mediate the case and renter will have to pay for administrative charges.
